Delicious! We were seated immediately on the porch overlooking Main Street. We had the buffalo chicken Mac and cheese, street taco dip, wings and the stuff pepper soup. All were very good. The soup was fantastic. Our waitress was great. Would definitely go back
If you like food with a little kick, you will love this place. They allow dogs on the patio and beer is cold and yummy. We had Nashville hot Mac and cheese, shrimp and couch chicken sandwich...all so yummy!
Great spot to grab a drink and a bit to eat. We stopped in for lunch and left very satisfied. You have to order the whitefish dip. Delicious food,top-notch service, and great atmosphere.
Wasn't due about the place at first but wow... I loved it and it was capped with the excellent service! Our server, Cole, was quick, personable, and friendly. Seriously, Cole and others on the island helped change our whole perspective. Mackinac City was very disappointing everywhere the service was decent or poor and the prices were bad for the quality. Once we made it to the island, Great Turtle completely changed our experience to a positive one. Food quality, prices, and service were phenomenal at Great turtle.
I got the legendary chick sandwich taste like Telemachus made it him self good vibes and servers were nice. I recommend coming here!
Nice place to relax on the balcony with a drink and filling food. The pretzel is about 8" large and served with beer cheese and honey mustard dips ( sweet and savory). The pretzel was warm and super soft inside. The brisket tacos were also delicious.
Staying on the island and getting to eat here once all the day-timers are here is key. Pearl, our waitress, was AMAZING. She suggested I get the flight with 2-4oz and a different 2-4oz so I could have the best of both worlds. Superb! And the street corn appetizer—to die for! Don’t miss out! This place is a winner!
Service was good but nothing amazing. We ordered the street corn cheese dip to start, it was really good! Ordered a beer flight, excellent and only 12. Split the fried chicken sandwich, which was amazing, not overly breaded or fried the sauce & pickles made it!
